Adam Shahadu (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Adam is a result-oriented individual, good team player, commitmentto self-development, challenge driven and self-motivated financial expert. With over ten years’ experience of building up financial expertise in a variety of both local (Ghanaian) and international (Britain) businesses.
The path of his career begun in 1999, where he gained employment as an Assistant Accountant in a Canadian International Development Agency funded Project- Northern Region Water and Sanitation Project (NORWASP). He worked and gained enormous experience in issues pertaining to water and sanitation in the remote areas of the Eastern Corridor of Northern Ghana. He later gained more challenging role as Finance and Administrative Officer in OXFAM, fighting poverty and advocating for fair- trade for Ghanaian farers. His last employment before leaving the shores of Ghana was head office accountant in a private company, J-Stanley Owusu Group of Companies into mining and waste management with regional offices in Kumasi, Tarkwa, Obuasi, Tema and head office in Accra.
Despite the vast work experience acquired in Ghana, he realized that for one to be a global competitor one needs to have a global experience so he worked for a couple of UK institutions and Companies immediately after graduating from his studies. Upon his returned to Ghana, he has executed successfully major assignments for METSO Mining and Construction Technology Limited, Cowater International Incorporation, a Canadian International Development Agency funded project aims to increase access to potable water and sanitation services for 30 selected towns, in 14 districts in the Eastern Corridor of Northern Ghana through design, construction, and capacity building support.
He graduated in MSc. studies in Management and Finance from the University of West of England (Full time) He is also an affiliate member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is currently pursuing a PhD. in Project Management with Walden University.
Ms. Ramatu Mustapha Dadzie(GENERAL MANAGER)
Ramatu had an extensive teaching experience in tertiary education particularly in film and television production and management. She obtained a Professional Diploma in Film and Television Production from the National Film and Television Institute in 1998. To attain professional experience, she had in-house television broadcast training at the Deutsche Welle Television Training Centre in Berlin, Germany in the year 2000. In pursuance of both academic and professional competence, Ms. Dadzie obtained a Masters Degree in Media-Animation from the University of the West of England in the 2006. Immediately after her return from the UK, she was appointed Head of Design Department of the National Film and Television Institute. In order to attain administrative competence she enrolled at the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners for a qualification in both Foundation and Professional levels in Human Resource Management in 2009. In order to broaden her academic horizons in media studies, she attained another Masters Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana in 2011. In 2014, Ms. Dadzie pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from the University of Education Winneba. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Media Sociology at the University of Ghana.
