RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Being a service provider, CLASSIC is committed to ensuring that personnel recruited possess traits of being trustworthy and reliable in their areas of operation. In addition, CLASSIC has seasoned human resource personnel who oversee the screening of our personnel, which includes implementing a pre-employment intellectual and psychological interview.
All employees are given with exceptionally trained and rigorously screened uniformed security professionals in the various locations nationwide.

Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility and opportunity for theft of property, or injury to persons within the facility. After selection, employeesare thoroughly vetted by the Ghana Police Service and Criminal Investigative Department (CID) in both their work and private lives. We conduct and keep records of their background on regular basis throughout their employment period.

We have on our personnel profile a list of bilingual personnel who have overtime proven very resourceful to our international and multinational clients. These bilingual personnel who undergo regular Security checks and training are resourceful in both French and English languages. All our employeesSpeak and write English language as well as communicate in the various Ghanaian local dialects.

Aside payment of employee’s salaries, CLASSIC shall bear the responsibility for our employees’ social security contributions, workmen's compensation, vacation leave, sick leave, or any other such emoluments throughout the term of our Contract with LyceeFrancaisd'Accra.

Where access to health care and medical insurance is concerned, the company ensures the payment of the monthly contribution of staff Social Security which qualify respective employee’s to access the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).

TRAINING
CLASSIC is committed to conducting periodic training for all employees to equip them with necessary skills as part of our client's existing curriculum. The knowledge of our management team and long serving security officers is passed on to our new employees.
In addition, our security officers are fully trained to handle emergency situations involving first aid application and attending to fire duties. CLASSIC officers have been trained to be courteous and polite to all persons entering and leaving the premises of their respective assigned stations of operation.
